You Owe You

Terms of Service

Version 1.0-draft

DRAFT — NOT FOR PRODUCTION. DRAFT v1.0 — this document is a working placeholder and is not legally binding. It will be replaced by a final, reviewed version before public launch.

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using You Owe You (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

You Owe You is a personal reflection tool that helps you log healthy daily activities and track the time you feel you owe yourself. The Service is provided on an as-is basis for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for all activity that happens under your account. You must be at least sixteen (16) years old to use the Service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to abuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or attempt to access other users’ data. We may suspend or delete accounts that violate these rules or applicable law.

5. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you enter into the Service. You grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely in order to operate the Service for you.

6. Disclaimers

You Owe You is not a medical, therapeutic, or professional service. Nothing in the Service is advice. Use your judgment and consult a qualified professional when appropriate.

7. Termination

You may deactivate or delete your account at any time from the Settings screen. We may terminate accounts that materially violate these Terms.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. When we do, we will bump the version and ask you to re-accept before you can continue using the Service.
